» The room rate of $95.00 includes a delicious complementary breakfast served family style in the dining room. There is an additional $20.00 charge for a third person in a room. A 9% Vermont state rooms & meals tax will be added to the room rate.

» Reservations require a deposit within 7 days. We accept cash, check or credit card (Visa / MasterCard / Discover).

» Cancellations require 14 days notice to receive full refund minus a $20 administrative fee. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival will result in additional charges if cancellation results in a vacancy.

» Check in time is between 2:00pm & 8:00pm

» Check out is by 11:00am
